Q: If necessary, do you move furniture?
A: Depending on what pieces of furniture ought to be moved. Our technicians will not move bulky items alone. They are instructed to help you moving such items as long as it doesn’t pose any risk.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are. We hold general liability insurance so that we can cover any accidental damage that might occur during our visits.
Q: Are your employees vetted?
A: Yes, they are. They have all been background checked, properly trained and english speaking. They would arrive with branded vehicles, uniformed and wearing IDs.

Q: What payment options do I have?
A: You can pay via credit/debit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Q: Do I need to pay parking fee?
A: Our final price does not include parking and congestion fees. That is why we kindly ask you to take care of that matter and make sure we’ll have a parking space near your property.
Q: How about a deposit - do you require some?
A: No, we don’t.
Q: Do I need to be present when the cleaning process begins?
A: No - we can arrange a key pick-up.
Q: Will I get a replacement cleaners in case mine got sick?
A: Yes, of course.
Q: Should I expect some hidden fees or charges?
A: Not at all. Our offer is final and you’ll see it all in your bill.
